The Behavior Support Services Director will lead, direct and manage the Behavior Support Services program which provides behavior-analytic services to individuals 3 years through adulthood. The BCBA will also provide supervision to a BCaBA and Registered Behavior Technicians providing ABA therapy.

Assists the Lead Teacher with planning, organizing, and providing a comprehensive therapeutic childcare program to children with and without special needs to enhance their development in reaching their maximum potential. Conducts daily activities to facilitate individual learning experiences which assist in the child’s development as identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.

Assists the Life Skills Coach with planning, organizing, and providing a comprehensive therapeutic adult day program to adults with disabilities. Conducts daily activities, to facilitate individual learning experiences, and assists in the development of living skills consistent with the participant’s objectives identified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC) and with the program design. Works collaboratively with ESWG’s administration and other staff to ensure all aspects of the program development and delivery are consistent with ESWG’s mission.

Responsible for completing assigned receptionist duties under the direct supervision of the Support Services/ Office Assistant.
